National Operation Director
Luca brings a visionary approach to the security industry, focused on enhancing service standards and fostering community safety. ​Luca’s journey began with roles as a Shopping Center Security Guard for Westgrove and a Community Warden with Kingdom LA Support, developing his skills in both high-traffic and community-centered environments.
Achieving the title of Head Door Supervisor within just a year at Professional Security, where he worked with Greene King, Mitchells & Butlers and Ronald Mcdonald House Charities highlights Luca’s commitment and leadership potential.​ Luca’s diverse background has been instrumental in shaping SafeDuty’s mission and growth, overseeing operations with a dedication to excellence.

Liam Palwaczek
Security Operations Manager
Liam’s extensive experience in security operations has equipped him with a strong background in both private and public sector roles.
Starting his career as a Doorman with Platinum Security and later serving as a Community Warden with Kingdom LA Support in Swindon—one of the UK's most challenging areas—Liam honed his skills in conflict management, public safety, and community engagement.
Since joining SafeDuty in its early days, Liam has become an invaluable member of the team, drawing on his diverse experiences to strengthen SafeDuty’s operations and support its mission to deliver exceptional service.​
